Tyler and I both got sick this week. I'm not sure if its covid but it sure feels like it. I was down for the count all day Saturday. Today I felt more human but not by much.  Luckily we have tomorrow off for Labor Day. But its back to the grind on Tuesday.

Hannah started her last year of middle school on Wednesday. She's a big dawg 8th grader on campus.  She's applying to be part of ASB and I sure hope she gets it. I think she'd do a great job and will give her experience for high school.  

Tyler and I did our weekly church at dinner together. He chose Black Bear Diner for dinner. Maybe next week I will choose the dinner spot for us. 

We also visited mom and dad at the cemetery.

This was Tyler's first week of Sophomore year and it seemed to go well. Hannah also got her hair done. She got crimson red peekaboo highlights and is loving it.  She's learning to style her own hair 

Tyler and I are starting a new tradition of going to church Saturday night then having dinner together. Last week he chose Surf Rider Pizza and this week he chose Dennys.

Dan and I took the week off to spend time with the kids before school starts. 

On Monday we took them and one of their friends to Seaworld.  Same friends they took last year. We might make it a yearly thing for them.  On Tuesday we shopped at Plaza Bonita. On Wednesday we checked out some cabinets for the master bath remodel and we took the kids to Sammy's woodfire pizza then we purchased everything we need for the master bath.  On Thursday we went to the Museum of Illusion then had lunch at Barley Mash. On Friday I buzzed my sides down to a 1 then we did more shopping at UTC and Parkway Plaza. It was a busy week and we're back at it tomorrow.

Not a lot happened this week. Was pretty quiet. Getting used to my new haircut.  Dan and I both took this coming week off to spend with the kids before Tyler heads back to school next week.  We have a full week of activities.
